Gabriela continually strives to help her clients to develop new skills and reinforce the existing, allowing them to achieve their full potential. She especially thrives in international and intercultural settings. With Gabriela's help, leaders are able to take on greater responsibilities, gain fulfilment at work and develop constructive behaviour. Gabriela coaches her clients in strengthening their abilities to better lead and unite teams; multicultural challenges being her specialty.
She has extensive experience working in internationals organizations (United Nations and the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe), and has lived all over the world throughout her career (USA, Latin America, Central Asia, Europe). She has led missions to observe elections on behalf of international organizations (OSCE, EU, OAS, among others).
As member of the Paris division of ICF, she co-organizes events reaching out to the international coach community of Paris. Gabriela is certified with the International Mozaik Coaching School in Paris as well as ICF, and has Master's degree in Social Science from University of Zurich. She has been trained in various approaches, such as Appreciative Inquiry, Co-development, transactional analysis, neurolinguistic programming, training of trainers, DISC, and MBTI.
She is fluent in English, French, German, Russian and Spanish.
