Career history
With a Master of Science degree in Learning Sciences and a background in Educational Innovation, Paulina is passionate about enhancing learning experiences through innovative strategies. Prior to joining Turningpoint, she worked at CHANEL on numerous projects involving project management, development and facilitation of learning programs and structural transformation processes. She was also involved in brand re-skilling/up-skilling training programs. Today, as a project manager, Paulina supports initiatives that drive leadership development of organizations.
Originally from Mexico, Paulina has lived in a number of countries, including the United States, Spain and now France. These multicultural experiences have enabled her to develop interpersonal skills and build strong relationships across borders.
She has a growth mindset and a commitment to foster collaboration and understanding.
