Career history
Emmanuel brings over two decades of executive leadership at the Dutch Philips Group across France, the Netherlands, and Hong Kong, where he spearheaded global divisions in consumer electronics. Recognizing the necessity for evolving management styles towards delegation and shared responsibility, he passionately invested in nurturing local talent within a diverse, multicultural landscape amidst significant economic and social changes.
Building on this rich experience and driven by entrepreneurial spirit, Emmanuel embarked on a new venture in 2010 as CEO of a semiconductor startup in Hong Kong. Successfully navigating fundraising ventures and ultimately selling the company to a Chinese group in 2017, he continued to contribute to its international growth as a consultant until his return to France in 2023. Joining Turningpoint thereafter, Emmanuel channels his expertise to facilitate the consultancy’s expansion across Europe and Asia.
