Benjamin Pavageau

Benjamin holds a PhD in management and a Master’s degree in business ethics. He completed a research program in collaboration with Turningpoint coaches on leadership development and engagement, in partnership with the IFGE EM Lyon Business School (find out more on our Turningpoint innovation Lab).

He teaches leadership and ethics in MBA and Masters programs. He is also contuing his research at Ircom, where he previously created and directed the Master in Management of Humanitarian Action.

Before leading a humanitarian mission in Cameroon and Nigeria, he was a consultant for the Julhiet Sterwen group working on the implementation of e-learning systems for large groups, and also worked as an Creative Associate at a communication agency.
