Career history
After several years as a project manager in the tourism sector—a field she valued for its direct connection with people and the diversity of experiences—Elise spent two years in a digital services company as a marketing and communications specialist. There, she honed her creativity in service of clients and products while broadening her expertise in project management.
Driven to deepen her understanding of user needs, Elise then chose to specialize in UX (User Experience) and UI (User Interface) design. Through this training, she learned to put herself in the shoes of end-users, anticipate their expectations, and design interfaces that meet their needs while evoking positive emotions.
Upon completing this training, Elise joined a communications agency as a project manager in the web department. This role allowed her to apply her technical skills and project management expertise while working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
With over six years of experience, Elise joined Turningpoint to reconnect with what she values the most: coordination, collaborative work, and excellence.
