Leadership Team Coaching
Make the team a driver of performance and engagement
Our conviction: high-performing teams don’t just happen, they are built on trust, clear objectives, and the ability to collaborate and act together with accountability.
“The paradox of our time is that as we place greater emphasis on teamwork, the reality of a true working collective continues to diminish.” – Professor Pierre-Yves Gomez, economist, author, and academic advisor to Turningpoint.
At Turningpoint, we believe that a team’s performance relies on its ability to clarify its vision, mobilize its talents, and strengthen collaboration to generate lasting impact. Team coaching supports members in implementing concrete collective practices, developing relational intelligence, and fostering autonomy in decision-making and action.
Our interventions are fully tailored: sessions are adapted to the team’s specific needs and timeframe. Individual coaching for the team leader can also be provided in parallel, if needed.
Turningpoint coaches draw on proven approaches and experiential methods to help each team strengthen its cohesion, enhance its collective contribution, and increase its strategic impact.
Key pillars of this solution:
Co-creating vision and purpose:
Clarifying the team’s reason for being, its role within the ecosystem, and its strategic priorities.
Strengthening collaboration and contribution:
Building a shared narrative, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and highlighting the team’s added value.
Developing cohesion and collective accountability:
Working effectively in diversity, managing relationships, and driving results and actions together.
Our approach
Our team coaching programs follow a structured and tailored process:
Coach selection
Defining the most appropriate format (single coach or co-facilitation), depending on team dynamics and the strategic level of the team.
Clarifying challenges and setting objectives
Discussions with the team leader to identify priorities, understand underlying dynamics, and define coaching objectives and delivery modalities.
Team assessment and dynamics analysis
Depending on needs, use of tools and approaches (working preferences, assessments, systemic questionnaires, in-situ observation) or individual interviews to identify strengths, tensions, and collective performance levers.
Team coaching sessions
Tailored formats (from one-day workshops to multi-day interventions, or longer-term support), enabling in-depth work on strategic challenges, relational dynamics, and collective practices.
Collective action plan and anchoring
Definition of concrete commitments and integration into the team’s day-to-day work, with anchoring sessions when needed to consolidate progress.
Review and impact assessment
Feedback with the leader on progress, observed transformations, and impact on team performance and cohesion.
Our vision of leadership
Today, in a complex and constantly evolving global environment, the expectations, roles, and skills of leaders are being redefined…
