Turningpoint is an international firm specializing in coaching and the development of both individual and collective leadership for executives, their teams, and their organizations, particularly in supporting strategic transitions.

Turningpoint is led by 12 partners, a global community of 220 senior coaches and experts, and an operational team of 20 project managers, communications, and finance professionals. Programs are delivered across diverse cultures in English, French, Italian, Dutch, German, Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, and more.

Our story

The journey began in London in 1999 with research on leadership transitions, conducted in collaboration with Ashridge University and HEC Paris. Established in Paris in 2008, the firm quickly expanded. To support its clients, offices were opened in Hong Kong in 2013, Geneva in 2015, Milan in 2016, and Singapore in 2023. Turningpoint also operates in the Americas from New York and São Paulo.

Each expansion has been a human adventure, bringing together senior coaches united by professional excellence and strong human values. Local offices are led by Managing Directors, while international coordination and strategy are driven by the Group’s four partners: Olivier Pelleau, Michel Mornet, Edouard de La Moissonnière, and Véronique Girma.
