An integrated and experiential approach
Each participant goes through a coherent and integrated experience: the same coaches lead the group work and provide individual coaching for each participant throughout the journey. This pedagogical choice fosters consistency, trust, depth, and the lasting integration of learning. We design tailored journeys over 6 to 9 months, combining :
Individual and collective preparation
Individual and collective preparation aims to trigger awareness and stimulate the desire to engage (questionnaires, psychometric tools, 360° feedback, interviews, diagnostics).
