In a nutshell

BNP Paribas Personal Finance faced the challenge of renewing its senior leadership population and strengthening the pipeline of future leaders. To address this need, the entity partnered with Turningpoint to design a women’s leadership development program. The program was built with a strong international dimension, bringing together participants from multiple countries and continents.

We succeeded in creating a program that exceeded my expectations, with absolutely outstanding feedback from our participants.

Our approach

We designed a six-month leadership journey combining individual and collective learning experiences, delivered through both virtual and in-person formats.

The program enabled participants to deepen their self-awareness and strengthen their leadership identity, increase their personal impact and visibility, enhance their emotional intelligence and adaptability to influence more effectively, build strong relationships with fellow leaders, fostering open dialogue and mutual support while reflecting on their career aspirations and long-term leadership ambitions.

Benefits

The program helped participants step more confidently into leadership roles by:

  • Developing greater self-awareness and a stronger sense of leadership identity
  • Increasing their personal impact and visibility across the organization
  • Clarifying their career aspirations and professional drivers
  • Strengthening their emotional intelligence and adaptability to better influence their environment
  • Building a trusted peer network that encourages open exchange and mutual support

Participants gained practical tools and strategies to communicate with greater impact, expand their influence, and take on strategic leadership responsibilities within BNP Paribas Personal Finance.
