Marc-Antoine is an Executive Coach and Facilitator in Leadership Development seminars. He is a dual French and Canadian national based in Paris.
Marc-Antoine brings global corporate experience. In the late 1980’s and during the 1990’s, he held various leadership roles and rounded up his business career as the General Manager of a L’Oréal division in Hong Kong. He has faced a wide range of challenges, navigating complex organizational dynamics and gaining deep business and cultural acumen.
He then built on these learnings, first as an investor and strategic advisor in the biotech industry, then as a headhunter, talent consultant and leadership specialist for two leading consulting firms on the other hand.
After 4 successful years in India with Korn/Ferry’s Leadership and Talent Consulting, Marc-Antoine resettled to EMEA in 2012. Today, he works with high potentials and executives individually and in teams to help them fulfill their leadership potential. He focuses on leadership programs for talents and individual coaching at the C Level. He also uses sensitive intelligence tools (music, contemporary art) to address perception challenges faced by Executives in a VUCA world.
An MBA graduate of INSEAD in Fontainebleau, where he was introduced to coaching by Manfred Kets de Vries, Marc-Antoine took part in the Effective Coaching Program of the KF Institute in Singapore and is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). He is also certified on a number of 360 and psychometrics assessment questionnaires.
