He has leveraged these experiences as both an investor and strategic advisor in the biotech industry, and as a talent consultant and leadership specialist for two leading consulting firms.
Coaching expertise
His interest in coaching was sparked by Professor Manfred Kets de Vries during his time at INSEAD. Professor Kets de Vries pioneered the Executive Master in Consulting and Coaching for Change program there, which deeply resonated with Marc-Antoine. Following this inspiration, he spent a decade at Christine Cayol’s Synthesis consulting in Paris, where he facilitated arts-based seminars, conducted 360-degree debriefings, and provided coaching for executives.
Marc-Antoine obtained his coaching certification at the Korn Ferry Institute in Singapore before transitioning to India, where he contributed to Korn Ferry’s Leadership and Talent consulting division.
Today, Marc-Antoine draws inspiration from diverse leaders across cultures and generations, ranging from Mathilde Colin (Front app, San Francisco) to Ravi Venkatesan (former chairman of Microsoft India).
