Alessandro’s career began in the corporate retail sector at Aeroporti di Roma, where he managed large-scale operations. He then transitioned into the cruise industry with MSC Cruises, holding roles such as Business Unit Director for Onboard Revenue in Geneva – Switzerland and Managing Director for Australasia in Sydney – Australia. After over two decades of leadership experience, Alessandro pivoted to coaching and founded AG Coaching & Leadership Consulting. Today, he blends strategic expertise, emotional intelligence, and mindfulness practices to drive transformative growth in individuals and organizations.
