Turningpoint was officially founded in the UK in 1999 by Bridget Farrands and Richard Elsner, before the business activity was moved to Paris in 2008. More recently, the Turningpoint UK office relaunched in October 2018 and since then our presence in the UK has gone from strength to strength. We have supported hundreds of senior leaders and managers across multiple leadership development and coaching programmes and welcomed several new coaches to our growing team.

Our heavy-weight UK coach team makes all the difference. We are particularly passionate about creating inspiring development programmes that trigger deeper awareness in a dynamic, interactive and social learning journey. Turningpoint UK is led by Managing Director Lise Guillon, leadership specialist and executive coach.

Our team

We have 220 senior executive coaches located across the globe, ready and on call to respond to your needs. They are all certified senior executive coaches, specializing in supporting senior executives and high-level managers. Our coaches have diverse academic and professional backgrounds, with many years of experience, including leadership and management responsibilities in complex environments.
