In a nutshell

Provide participants with an opportunity to practice, anchor and showcase new approaches methods and skills following a leadership development program. To conclude the program in a meaningful way, we invite the participants to present the implementation of a a leadership achievement to their peers and a jury.

It felt like gathering a team of superheroes ready to ignite change, drive innovation and bring leadership to new heights!

Our proposal

As the grand finale to the leadership development program, we propose a half-day session where each sub-group first presents an achievement, which can be a business objective, a leadership challenge or a transversal innovation group project, to another sub-group for mutual feedback and adjustments.

The groups then deliver their inspiring 3-minute inspiring pitch to their peers and a jury. The jury consists of EXCO members, top Group Executives, and HR. Following the pitches, there will be a plenary feedback and discussion session before a winning project is awarded.
