Facing increasing stress levels, evolving workforce challenges, and the need to embed a new managerial culture, the Exploration BU of TotalEnergies sought targeted coaching support. Turningpoint was chosen to help leaders and teams navigate these transitions, strengthen engagement and collaboration, and foster a high-performing work environment. 

Turningpoint designed and delivered a hands-on coaching program to strengthen leadership, reinforce psychological safety, and embed lasting behavioral change in line with the leadership framework of the company.
