For the L’Oréal group:
We supported the worldwide deployment of L’Oréal’s new Group Manifesto, helping managers implement and adopt the new Leadership model’s mindset and behaviors to meet the Group’s Strategic Objectives, as well as attract and retail Talent.

Case study

The objective of this training was to help leaders and managers adopt new managerial modes and reflexes, based on empowerment, trust and simplify the work within their teams.

Our proposal

A 3-month learning journey including a 360° questionnaire, a 2.5 day-residendial seminar, one individual coaching session and one-codevelopment session. Topics touched upon: Enabling freedom within a frame – Setting cooperation objectives – Effective meeting design & facilitation – Giving & receiving feedback – The L’Oréal New Vision of Leadership ‘LeadEnable’ – Discussion with ExCom Member or Top Executive – Jazz experience as a metaphor of LeadEnable.

The results?

A change in mindset and behaviours towards more trust, more cooperation and more collective dynamics, followed by an increased engagement of the employees – measured through the evolution of the global 360° results (before and after the program), the evolution of an internal individual survey, the evolution of the global social survey “Pulse”, all showing a significant positive evolution
