Our proposal

Up-skilling emotional intelligence in managers for a more human way of growing performance through 3 days of learning in three different configurations: individual work with a coach, group training and co-development in small groups.

The results?

Client observed an “ah-ha” moment in terms of personal growth and development and valuable relational and leadership keys.
