Our proposal

Our package includes 2 tripartite or quadripartite sessions at the beginning and at the end of the program a Talents Profile assessment and 8 sessions of 2 hours of individual coaching.

The results

The client continues to trust us by soliciting us for new requests on a regular basis, allowing the coachees to take the time to fully understand consequences of decisions, navigate their ecosystems, reflect on strategic challenges, work on their strengths, aspirations and limits in order to develop in new roles and contexts.
