The Organization Workshop provides an experiential insight into the core principles of systemic leadership, allowing executives to experience, understand, and apply this understanding to their own context and challenges.

Our proposal

The centerpiece of this one-day workshop is the organizational exercise, where participants take on roles as top executives, middle managers, employees, and customers, interacting in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

 

Alternating in 15-minute interval between group work, organized as 2 full workdays, and feedback sessions to drive understanding and reflection, the experience quickly becomes a vivid reflection of real-life scenarios—mirroring the misunderstandings, conflicts, and missed opportunities that are all too common in organizations, and allows participants to ask the right questions like:

 

How aligned do we feel across hierarchical levels? What is getting in the way of collaboration? Are there silos in place? Do we truly understand the context of each player? Are clients being heard?

  • Gaining a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities within organizational systems
  • Identifying predictable, dysfunctional patterns and how to avoid them
  • Being more in touch with the context and issues others are facing
  • Dealing with the underlying issues standing in the way of success, rather than the symptoms
  • Learning strategies to lead transformations, up down and across organizational lines
  • Promoting cooperation across silos and between levels
  • Dealing with organizational change with even more confidence, power, compassion and cooperation
  • Enabling participants to identify potential improvements in their own work environments
