How a Learning Expedition empowered senior leaders to leap higher, think bolder, and act together
What does it take to drive transformation at the top?
For the senior executives of a global leader in infrastructure management & construction, the answer lay in stepping away from day-to-day demands and into a purpose-driven leadership experience.
Over 8 months, we guided 30 senior leaders, uniting 10 nationalities, from a global leader in infrastructure management & construction, through a transformative, purpose-driven development journey.
One key milestone of this journey was a 3-day Learning Expedition in Stockholm, a city recognized for its environmental commitment, deep tech talent and collaborative culture. The leaders were invited to step away from their day-to-day responsibilities and explore inclusive leadership, business innovations, and a test-and-learn mindset.
The result ?
– Stronger connections between entities and business lines
– Sharpened perspectives on opportunities and innovations
– And a renewed drive to lead transformation — together.
These leaders aren’t just responding to change — they’re shaping it.
