Career history
After a successful career as an executive, Maï dedicated herself to supporting leadership teams in enhancing their individual and collective effectiveness. During her years in consulting, she worked with major international companies, both in France and abroad, mastering diverse approaches such as 360° feedback, leadership assessments, team cohesion, systemic diagnostics, stress and psychosocial risk management, workplace well-being, positive psychology, and cognitive-behavioral methods. In 2019, she launched her own practice, expanding her offerings with innovative solutions like inter-company retreats for executives, continuing her mission to combine performance with personal fulfilment.
