In a nutshell

Launched in 2019 as a UK-based Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) pilot, this programme has grown into a global women’s leadership initiative delivered across 16 settings worldwide. Offered both in person and online, it is carefully customised to reflect the realities of the business lines, functions, and regions we serve.

In 2025 alone, we were trusted by four different business, functional, and regional areas. Through these partnerships, the programme empowered 270 women across the organisation. While known locally under different programme names, the core intent and impact remain consistent: to strengthen women’s leadership capability and accelerate meaningful progression.
