Eric de Courville
Eric supports executives, senior managers and high potentials in their human and managerial development enabling them to develop their leadership capabilities and achieve their full potential through individual and organizational change.
Prior to coaching Eric worked for Hewlett-Packard with progressive business responsibility and expertise in people management, product management, profit & loss management, sales & marketing and supply chain in various countries and multicultural environments. In his final HP assignment Eric led the Trade Marketing Organization for the fast-growing Middle-East and Africa region.
Following his time at HP, Eric decided to take on a new challenge, becoming the General Manager of a large French NGO. He then joined Turningpoint, in charge of the Swiss Branch, providing his expertise in performance management, leadership programs, and executive coaching.
Eric received his coaching certification at the Paris School of Coaching and holds a Master in Management and Business Administration.
