Provide managers with pure inspiration! We aim at helping each manager become a better version of themselves and to re-connect with both themselves and others, being inspired by different personalities and leadership styles. We provided a session tailored to each manager’s leadership style.

Our proposal

3 days of retreat with authentic internal and external speakers, inspiring insights and time to reconnect with each-other. Before the retreat, Turningpoint does deed work with the speakers – both internal and external – to help them look back on their careers, their successes and challenges, and what their current beliefs are in terms of management. The authentic fireside chat atmosphere allows people to open up and be true to themselves and their peers.

The outcome?

Managers leave knowing both themselves and their peers much better, inspired to lead in their own way.
