Key objectives

For an International Beauty Conglomerate in Switzerland:
Caught in a spiral of conflict and negative business results, can a group change their mindset to regain positive results? In collaboration with Turningpoint, this cosmetics company refocused on the consumer and re-learned the art of prototyping until the right solution is found.

It's the first time we really work hand in hand together in the right direction: at the service of our beloved clients !

Our proposal

2 days of intentional client-centric problem solving using the design thinking process. Three key ingredients: active listening, collective intelligence, and prototyping. The process is run in short and intense work sessions. It’s all about intensity, dealing with frustration of not having all the answers and then bouncing back with fresh ideas.

A key part of the program’s success depends on its preparation. Participants must be selected to bring broad experiences and perspectives, and business scenarios and personas used for the exploratory part of the process need to be defined with care.

The results?

Profitability was restored thanks to renewed client-centricity and capacity to prototype. It’s about daring to test and learn before seeking perfection.
