Career history

Eric is passionate about supporting executives, senior managers and high potentials in their personal and managerial development. He helps them strengthen their leadership capabilities and unlock their full potential, both through individual coaching and organizational change. His distinctive coaching style combines deep listening, insightful questioning, and a strong ability to raise awareness. He helps clients clarify their vision, set meaningful objectives, and turn their aspirations into concrete and sustainable action.

Coach expertise

Prior to becoming a coach, Eric worked many years for Hewlett-Packard taking on progressively broader business responsibilities and developing expertise across people management, product management, P&L management, sales and marketing, and supply chain, in a variety of countries and multicultural environments.

In his final role at HP, Eric led the Trade Marketing organization for the fast-growing Middle East and Africa region. Following his time at HP, Eric took on a new challenge as General Manager of a large NGO. In this role, he built a strong and sustainable management team and led the organization towards a new and inspiring vision that engaged and mobilized the entire organization.
