A 12-month program with fourteen 3-day forums bringing together 40 Top Executives, each time with the intervention of the Group CEO. The forums were followed by individual coaching sessions and Turningpoint Codevelopment groups. We also proposed Executive Committee coaching upon request, as well as Leadership Learning Development sessions for BUs and affiliates as needed.
Strong sense of learning and leadership development universally recognized, with more than 98% satisfaction rate. Within two years of the program, the Group has observed a real cultural transformation towards a more inclusive and purpose-oriented leadership.
Concretely, the programme created new relationships between leaders, generating new confidence, a new shared vision was elaborated, generating a strong adhesion of the leaders and all the employees. A more open mindset towards innovation was developed, encouraging new business initiatives.
