Strengthening feedback culture at BNP Paribas

As part of its strategic plan, BNP Paribas is working to strengthen its feedback culture and embed a new leadership model focused on sustainable finance, growth, and technology.

They engaged Turningpoint to run annual qualitative 180° debriefing campaigns. The objective is to assess senior managers’ leadership competencies. 

Each year, we support BNPP in conducting 180° debriefings for their senior managers. 

The qualitative 180° debriefing is based on a tailored questionnaire aligned with the Group’s strategic plan and leadership model. It is completed by the targeted senior managers’ direct reports and peers. 

Our TP coaches then conduct individual debrief sessions with each participant. Managers therefore receive tailored support, including reflection on their practices. They leave with personalized development areas and clear guidance to strengthen their leadership.
