In a nutshell

Facing the challenges of their 2024 strategic plan, a large French banking group entrusted Turningpoint with the task of renewing the development path for their future leaders.

 

Over a period of 3 years, we are to support around twenty managers to prepare them for their next roles as Chairmen/women and GMs within the organization.

Case study

The seminar provided an opportunity to recharge, gain perspective, and engage in meaningful discussions with my peers. It marks the first step in establishing the groundwork for a supportive community.

Our proposal

An engaging journey including a psychometric questionnaire, 2 three-day immersions, 5 inspiring events, including 3 Co-Development sessions, and 6 individual coaching sessions.

 

Topics include: exploring leadership strengths, revisiting key moments to identify the deeper purpose of their professional vocation, building on strengths/vulnerabilities/values, drawing inspiration from powerful testimonials, developing individual and collective leadership skills: vision, decision-making, empowerment…, shifting focus from operational business, networking and defining a solid action plan.

Objectives

  • Embody behaviors and skills of the leadership model
  • Recharge batteries to gain perspective and distance, strengthen resilience and emotional & collective intelligence
  • Discuss the concrete challenges faced by executives who are confronted with complex situations, tensions and paradoxes in an uncertain and ambiguous context
  • Stimulate an innovative vision to project with conviction
  • Develop individually through inspiring encounters, and challenge representations and ways of working
