We designed a 3-month journey where the high potentials started off with a self-assessment and 360 feedback assessment prework, followed by an individual debrief, 3,2 days offsite and completed the journey with another individual coaching session. This program was converted to 100% digital journey during Covid.
The participants work on identifying qualities & strengths and developing their managerial identity, building managerial competences in line with the Group culture, working on personal managerial challenges and creating a personal development plan to continue your learning journey.
According to our client, the participants come back inspired with stronger self-awareness, a better understanding of the company culture and an improved fit with the company, concrete learning tools, and a strong network across the Group.
