Key objectives

For the London-office of an International Bank:
Providing managers with useful feedback to identify strengths and development opportunities in their management behaviours and prompt development discussions regarding their management performance.

This programme has enabled these managers to explore feedback and reflect on their management behaviours and their impact, some of them for the first time.

Our proposal

2 webinars followed by individual coaching sessions. The program is aimed at defining a set of expected behaviours for managers across the organization in order to demonstrate how the ongoing conduct and competence of managers is being achieved. To support the launch of the program framework, a direct report feedback exercise was created for managers across the bank to receive feedback from their direct reports on each area of the program framework. This exercise was supported by a webinar series for managers on how to give and receive feedback and how to make the most of the feedback report, and it also included individual coaching sessions with a Turningpoint coach to explore the feedback in more depth. The virtual executive coaching sessions are targeted conversations focused on quickly identifying opportunities and developing solutions to the unique challenges of the coachee.
