For BNP Paribas in the UK:
RISE is a career development programme designed to support mid-career women at BNP Paribas in the UK, to engage strategically around their careers, with a focus on providing tools, knowledge and a network to articulate career aspirations, create a plan to achieve them, and to navigate the organisation effectively.
