Professional background
Hend has had an international career spanning over 20 years in the fields of technology, finance, risk management, and crisis management. At Société Générale, she led, from Paris and then from Hong Kong, multicultural teams (Europe, America, and Asia). She successfully led several strategic transformations for the bank.
In 2014, she began coaching teams within the bank. She contributed to developing a leadership program specifically designed for high-profile technology professionals. From 2017 onward, she dedicated herself exclusively to coaching, working with leaders across various industries (luxury, cosmetics, insurance, energy, retail, etc.) and NGOs (primarily youth and education).

She designs tailor-made programs with her clients for deep and sustainable transformations. She is especially valued in complex multicultural contexts and intense transformation settings.
