On December 4, 2025, our TP Lab brought together 30 coach-experts in our team to explore the intersection of AI and leadership.
Throughout the day, we reflected on the role of AI in coaching and leadership development, from understanding its anthropological foundations to experimenting with AI coaching tools. We discussed AI not just as a technology, but as a reflection of human knowledge, raising questions about intelligence, intention, and the human experience.
We explored the opportunities AI offers as an ally, as well as the challenges it poses; cognitive overload, dependency, and ethical considerations. Through exercises in intuition, embodied exercises, “automatic writing”, and structured ethical reasoning, we practiced how coaches can maintain “slow thinking,” engage the body as part of the reflective process, nurture human connection, and bring critical discernment to this AI-driven era.
We are using these exercises and insights to design new sequences and approaches for our coaching and leadership programs, ensuring experiences that are both human-centered and impactful.
A truly energizing day of dialogue, experimentation, and reflection, reminding us that while AI can extend our capabilities, it can never replace human empathy, intention, and the desire to do good.
