Key objectives

After 3 years of remote gatherings, the top management at Moët Hennessy turned to Turningpoint to organize an impactful team-building exercise with the following objectives for the participants:

  • Embody the Moët Hennessy transformation
  • Activate collective creativity
  • Have a lasting impact
  • Align on the strategic path and celebrate

Both sharp and fun. A great performance by the Moët Hennessy teams to embody their strategic journey in a tailor-made format.

Our proposal

With the key words being VISION, MOTIVATION, EMBODIMENT CREATIVITY, we proposed a creative exercise inspired by the Japanese story-telling technique, Pecha Kucha.

The participants co-created performances illustrating the Moët Hennessy transformation with embodiment, narrative and fun. The groups had 3 hours to prepare for a 3-minute theater skit to be performed in front of everyone. In addition to being engaging and entertaining, the audience voted for the three best skits – Most Creative, BestPerformance, Funniest.

The results

The leaders came out of the exercise with an unforgettable vision of the Moët & Hennessy strategy and a revitalized team spirit.
