Key objectives

For the Centre Pompidou in Paris:
At the request of the GM and President, Julie Narbey, the goal was to a transform the Centre Pompidou’s internal culture (higher level of empowerment and commitment), external identity (amplification of innovation) and ways of working (efficiency, simplification, using available resources for higher impact).

There was clearly a Before and an After.

Our proposal

A kickoff seminar to define the Vision with the Directors’ Committee, followed by strategic workshops on specific collectively defined topics. To ensure the trickle-down effect, there were numerous team coaching workshops to define concrete actions, and proposals from these workshops were presented to the Executive Committee, who consolidated learning for a sustainable future and selected several proposals to be put into action. During this same period, Turningpoint also provided a training of project managers and executives in the appreciative approach and in the conduct of positive Transformation.

The results?

A change in mindset and behavior, the development of trust within the institution, the desire to go further with other transversal projects. Concretely, an emergence of several pilot projects during the Top 80 seminar, with a commitment of the General Management and the President to encourage these projects. Within a year of the program, several of these projects had successfully put into action.
