Our proposal

Support executives individually when onboarding new roles and strengthen managerial skills with 3 2-hour sessions, starting and ending with tripartites to set objectives and evaluate achievements.

Participant feedback

The program presented an ideal balance between methodological contributions, explanatory reflections shared with the other participants in confidence and spontaneity. We had no difficulties during the pandemic due to the organization of remote sessions. Because of the excellent coherence between the topics discussed and my own issues, these sessions were for me the best of the program.
