Elisabeth spent 15 years leading projects in the financial sector, holding roles in consulting, management control, and project management. She built high-performing teams to deliver ambitious projects successfully. Aware of the challenges involved in leading change, she then turned to coaching to further develop her skills.
In 2015, she co-founded Turningpoint in Switzerland and has co-led the organization ever since. Elisabeth works with private-sector and nonprofit clients, designing and delivering leadership development programs. She also coaches through a twin-coaching approach, enabling targeted support for both the team and the manager to accelerate development and results.
In her coaching practice, she draws on a range of complementary approaches to foster self-awareness and facilitate change. She is particularly recognized for her ability to help clients achieve rapid progress in their relationship with emotions. She continuously integrates insights from neuroscience, psychology, and sports coaching into her practice. Through ongoing international training, she stays at the forefront of developments in her field.
