Career history

Colin is bicultural, French and South African, and taps into more than 30 years of business experience from different sectors, having been in retail, manufacturing and B2B environments, as Managing Director and Executive Committee member. He has held leadership positions in marketing, purchasing, logistics, before spending 10 years in strategy consulting: notably in acquisitions, change management, business development and LBO.

By combining his coaching and consulting skills, his operational experience and his digital training at L’Ecole 42, he proposes both innovative and entrepreneurial approaches to meet the needs of “USERS” (customers-employees-partners) and organizations confronted with exponential disturbances. Colin has the agility and adaptability to navigate between large corporations in traditional sectors as well founders and board members in start-ups and SME sized businesses. He is a solid partner in helping leaders pivot to their next level.

Coach expertise

Colin has been coaching senior leaders and their teams for more than 10 years and is a specialist in change coaching, digital transformation, entrepreneurship and innovation. He is certified to practice individual, team and group coaching remote or face-to-face. He personalizes original peer-to-peer initiatives to develop agile postures and digital skills in VUCA environments. He also runs seminars, workshops and group projects based on experiential exercises and role play to build personal and team resilience. His business acumen and experience of more than 30 years across multi-cultural organisations allows him to leverage operational experience and bring more than just coaching to the development experience of leaders, teams and organizations.
