Professional background
She started her career with 15 years in marketing, finance, and human resources roles in the audiovisual and cultural sectors in Paris and Amsterdam, combined with entrepreneurial experience in branded entertainment in Greater China. These experiences have shaped her awareness and approach to management and leadership development in multicultural contexts.
In 2002, after five years in the Netherlands, she settled in Hong Kong, where she spent 20 years. To strengthen her ability to support clients in cross-cultural environments, Véronique built on her foundation in business management with a Master’s degree in Anthropology from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, focusing on Chinese culture.
Coaching expertise
In 2012, she co-founded Turningpoint’s APAC subsidiary in Hong Kong, which she developed and led for ten years, expanding its operations across most countries in the region. Since then, she has supported the leadership development of senior executive managers—both Asian and Western—in international environments, through individual and team coaching, co-development sessions, and the design and facilitation of leadership programs.
Since 2023, she has been one of Turningpoint’s Global Managing Partners, based at the Paris headquarters. She coaches C-suite executives, Heads of Regional Functions, Managing Directors, and Executive Committees. Her coaching experience spans a wide range of sectors, including global luxury and beauty, banking and hedge funds, travel retail, FMCG, global engineering, construction, and the energy industry.
