We are thrilled to announce two new strategic appointments at Turningpoint: Ayin Jambulingam, Managing Director Turningpoint Asia, and Emilie Cymberg, Head of Program in Paris.
Ayin Jambulingam, a Turningpoint coach since 2017, is becoming Managing Director Asia, alongside Christina Khoo, Managing Director Asia since July 2023.
Ayin draws on more than two decades of corporate, government, entrepreneurial and academic experience. Most recently, he was Head of Development Programs and Board Evaluations at the Center for Governance in Riyadh, where he was responsible for development of board members and governance practitioners. Previously, Ayin was a venture capital consultant in London and Geneva, and held senior audit roles at KPMG Dublin, PwC New York and Morgan Stanley New York. Ayin strongly believes that organizations should be designed and led to create a positive effect on employees and stakeholders. He is convinced that the focus of leadership development should be to help leaders ask themselves and their organizations the right questions, to pause and deepen their self-awareness, and to then lead in a way that is generative for their ecosystem. Ayin has been collaborating closely with Turningpoint Asia since 2017, providing individual and team coaching, as well as designing and facilitating programs across the APAC region.
As the Managing Director of Turningpoint Asia, located in Kuala Lumpur, Ayin brings his positive energy, curiosity, and broad international professional experience from a wide range of sectors and countries. With his presence, gravitas and strong ability to connect with others, Ayin will reinforce our presence in the dynamic South-East Asia region.
Emilie Cymberg is appointed as Head of Programs at the Turningpoint HQ in Paris.
Emilie has 20 years of global corporate experience as a consumer and strategic marketing leader in Fortune 500 FMCG Companies (P&G, Kellogg’s, Johnson & Johnson). Her focus was in digging behind the obvious of consumers’ behaviors, identifying their unmet needs and eventually turning them into business opportunities and strategies. In 2020, Emilie gave a new direction to her career and started her own coaching business, working with individuals and teams, supporting them through significant transitions.
Curiosity for people is one of the main drivers in Emilie’s life and career. She grew up and worked most of her life outside of her home country (Brazil, Germany, Australia, Argentina, Switzerland and United Kingdom): adaptability and being amazed at the world’s diversity became her ‘super-powers’.
With her strong corporate experience, international background, combined with her inquisitive, dynamic, and direct approach, Emilie will design, pilot, and deploy large and strategic leadership development programs in France and internationally.
Kindly join us in warmly welcoming Ayin Jambulingham and Emilie Cymberg. We have full confidence that their passion, expertise, and commitment will lead us to new horizons.
