Guila Clara Kessous is a senior executive coach at Turningpoint and an expert in public speaking, as well as an actress and speaker for UNESCO on intercultural development projects. She was named UNESCO Artist for Peace in 2012.
Certified by Harvard University in executive coaching and the use of positive psychology in coaching, she accompanies board members, senior executives and managers in their leadership and management development.
In her interview, she explains the importance of trust in the relationship she develops with leaders she coaches. She is passionate about helping them tap into their potential and become aware of how their action can impact their organization.
