Future of Learning 2025

Invited by Future of Learning, we were delighted to join more than 50 Learning Directors, HR leaders, experts and partners who are driving new approaches to how organisations learn. 

The evening combined high-level insights, practical experience and fresh perspectives. Together, the conversations highlighted the key balances shaping Learning today,
scaling while staying personalised, building on internal strengths while embracing AI, steering at a global level while giving real autonomy locally.
