Professional background

Gifted for galvanizing audiences, Jen is a lightning bolt for engagement – in person and remote. She is a corporate and luxury retail facilitator of choice who has led numerous global leadership workshops and executive coaching within luxury sector. She brings over 20 years experience in strength-based strategic planning (no SWOT, but SOAR), leadership development (to go higher, go deeper), and culture building (name, measure and manage your values – really). In addition to luxury retail, Jen’s clients span Fortune 500 companies, cities, schools, government agencies, and indigenous villages around the world. Prior to founding her own practice, Jen was an Organization Development (OD) consultant and leadership coach for IBM, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, BearingPoint, and EDS.

Coaching expertise

A student of Jane Magruder Watkins, Jen is among the early pioneers and practitioners of Appreciative Inquiry (AI), a change methodology that is based on two deceptively simple premises for planning and engagement: We find more of what we seek—by focusing on what is desired—strengths and opportunities for innovation/improvement, as well as aspirations and desired outcomes/results—more creative ideas are generated, and more possibilities are explored. Positive Image = Positive Action.

People commit to what they help to create—the more participatory the process, engaging those who impact and those who will be impacted, the more committed people will be to the outcome, the work needed to get there, and long-term success.
