An NTL-certified Appreciative Inquiry practitioner, David's expertise lies in applying improvement tools in a practical and approachable way to solve business challenges in sales, marketing, finance, customer services, distribution and human resources. Previously working with the Lincoln Workshop Series, David helped develop LWS as a centre of excellence in A.I.
With over twelve years practical experience, David he has a strong track record with organisations such as Johnson & Johnson, Intel, 3M and IBM. He has worked all across Europe, the USA and the Middle East and his experience includes working with individuals and groups at all levels.
In 2008 David created Almond Insight, a change management consultancy that blends traditional improvement methodologies with new organisational development methodologies which help enhance creativity and motivation for change.
He holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting and Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MBA from the Red McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas-Austin.
David is co-author of the book "AI5 – How to unleash the full power of Appreciative Inquiry", written in collaboration with Claire Lustig and Turningpoint Director, Bernard Tollec.
