Transitioning from individual to team and organizational leadership in 2013, she has since guided 2500 leaders, spanning middle to senior management, across public, social, and private sectors. With expertise as an experienced coach and facilitator, Wendy cultivates engaging behaviors, systems, and structures to foster flourishing workplaces. She spearheads milestone leadership programs and provides coach training and mentorship for aspiring coaches. Prior to this, from 2007 to 2013, Wendy played a pivotal role at Landmark Worldwide, leading personal transformational seminars for over 1000 participants in both small and large group settings.
