Announcement: New Senior Team in Turningpoint Asia

We are delighted to announce that Christina Khoo has joined Turningpoint as the Managing Director of the APAC region.

Christina has a 25-year background in financial services, starting from an individual contributor and progressing to leading high-performing teams. Throughout her career, she has honed her skills in influencing and recognizing the crucial role people play in business.

Thirteen years ago, Christina discovered coaching and immediately fell in love with it. She joined the Turningpoint coach community in 2016. Motivated by her ability to inspire change in people, Christina’s passion lies in executive and leadership coaching in areas like influence, communication, and emotional intelligence.

As the Managing Director of Turningpoint Asia, Christina brings her vibrant energy and her practical experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and leaders across various industries. With her strong delivery skills, effective communication, and ability to connect with others, Christina is poised to make a significant impact.

Christina will be based in Singapore, where Turningpoint is opening a new office.

We are equally thrilled to announce that Margot Ling, a driven, creative, and dynamic individual with a passion for entrepreneurship, media influence, and communications, has joined Turningpoint too as the General Manager of the APAC region, with a focus on Greater China. Margot is based in the Hong Kong office.

Margot brings extensive experience to her new role with over two decades in the media and entertainment industry. Before becoming an executive coach, she successfully launched businesses in Asia for major companies like Star TV, Dolby, and Twitter, focusing on content and international partnerships. Margot excels in intercultural communication and relations, strategic partnerships, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

As the General Manager of Turningpoint Asia, Margot will leverage her entrepreneurial spirit and digital expertise to drive business growth and cultivate client relationships, particularly in Greater China. Her insights and network will also uncover new market opportunities, including the tech and startup sectors.

Christina and Margot will work in collaboration on major projects and will share administrative responsibilities of the region. Global Partner, Véronique Girma, will continue to support them and support the development of Turningpoint in Asia as the main Group contact. Please join us in extending a warm welcome to both Christina Khoo and Margot Ling. We are confident that their enthusiasm, experience, and dedication will propel us to new heights.
