Professional background
After graduating from EDHEC in Lille, Bénédicte embarked on a career within the automotive sector, serving at Renault SA, Volkswagen Group France, and FCA Group for over a decade. Her focus spanned various facets of after-sales operations, including customer satisfaction, service quality, sales coordination, and developing Spare Parts and Accessories sales through dealer networks.
In 2015, feeling a call for change and a thirst for meaningful experiences, Bénédicte made the decision to leave on a humanitarian mission. Originally intending to contribute a few months to a project in Africa, she ended up staying two years in Congo.
Bénédicte joined the Turningpoint team because she wanted to work on innovative projects that would bring change and purpose to the business world. As a Senior Project Manager, she orchestrates a diverse portfolio of clientele, serving as the pivotal link between clients, HR teams, coaches, and program participants. Within the Project Management team, she ensures the establishment of efficient processes while actively nurturing the growth of junior colleagues, in close collaboration with the Head of Operations.
With an open-minded approach to life, Bénédicte enjoys traveling and meeting individuals from varied cultural backgrounds. She is also involved in community work with people in very precarious situations.
