For the 12th consecutive year, we welcomed over 100 coaches from across the globe to connect, be inspired and share experiences, thoughts, and reflections, meeting digitally on January 6, 2022.
Véronique Girma, Managing Partner of Turningpoint Asia, and Michel Mornet, Global Managing Partner and Co-founder, led us through a dynamic and insightful session. The theme this year was CSR and coaching, going deeper into why and how these two concepts are inherently related, and what deep-reaching impact we as coaches can have on organizations by integrating CSR notions into our coaching.
Inspiring external speakers provided food for thought, with Christian de Boisredon, Founder of Sparknews and Ashoka Fellow, Houda Ghozzi, PHD and founder Open Start-up International (Tunisia, Morocco) and Abderzak Sifer, Managing Partner of the social start-up Impact Partners.
We also worked more concretely on coaching sequences converting innovative theories and approaches into practical exercises through sub-group workshops.
Once again, the Turningpoint coach community came together and proved its infinite power, being able to connect and collaborate across time-zones, cultures, countries, and backgrounds. What an amazing network of coaches, thanks to all of you for participating!
