As part of HEC's Executive Education program, Turningpoint Partner Olivier Pelleau gave a class on "Philosophy & Coaching" on May 17, 2017.
The objective of the class was to see how reflection on an anthropological basis is essential to build the vision and practice of future coaches and to open up avenues to identify the great paradigms of thoughts and actions of people and cultures.
« Think like a man of action, and act like a man of thought », (Henri Bergson) – this is the philosophy that a coach must adopt while continuously taking time for self-reflection and reflection on who he or she is addressing.
« Philosophy is not only a theoretical concept, but it necessary to understand ourselves » O. Pelleau
