Hackathon: Future of Work

What impact does technology have on the future of work? On company organization? On the people working in these companies? In a time where machines and artificial intelligence can replace, maybe even displace, humans, one might wonder what role humans will have within our organizations and in the economy as a whole.

What do humans specifically contribute and what can a machine never replace?

To address some of these questions, Turningpoint gathered its entire community of coaches in Europe to work on the crucial issue of “Future of Work” and to produce deliverables and prototype interventions for our clients. The proposals were presented to a jury consisting of Turningpoint clients and received an enthusiastic welcome! The teams are currently working on bringing these proposals to fruition in order to be implemented in our management and leadership program offers.
